Setup Guide

To set up payment with CCBill, you need to contact the CCBill Merchant Support team to support account setup as below:

• Generate the Encryption Key.
• Create the FlexForm with the Dynamic Price option.
• Set up the Data Link Services Suite for Subscriptions, for example, for canceling recurring transactions.
• Set up minimum and maximum initial prices for your account.
• Set up the minimum and maximum of recurring prices and recurring periods for your account.
• Set up your expected currencies.
• Set up Webhook as below
  • Required Events: NewSaleSuccess, Cancellation, Expiration, RenewalSuccess, RenewalFailure.
  • Support 2 data formats: URL Encoded and JSON.
  • Use the recommended event versions:
    • NewSaleSuccess: 6
    • Cancellation: 1
    • Expiration: 1
    • RenewalSuccess: 5
    • RenewalFailure: 3
